21. "Tumpek Landep" day the day devoted to "Sanghyang Pasupati" when blessing ceremony is given to heirlooms, sacret weapons, all
implements and tools made of metal for proper fuction and magical power, throughout Bali, especially at smith's garages and workshoops.
